These terms cover your use of simple-software-solutions.com and anything you buy on it. Please read them before buying.
01 Who we are
This website and the games sold on it are offered by Simple Software Solutions, the trading name of Simple-Software-Solutions, an assumed business name registered in Clinton County, Michigan, United States, and owned by Charles P. Graham (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
You can reach us at info@simple-software-solutions.com.
02 What we sell
We sell puzzle games for Windows PCs: Sudoku Challenge Pro, Memory Matrix Pro, and Word Search Pro. Each is a one-time digital purchase of a license to use the game. There are no subscriptions, in-game purchases, or physical goods.
Every game can be downloaded free from this website as a demo. Buying a game gets you a license key that unlocks the full version on up to two of your own devices.
Prices are shown in US dollars on each game’s page. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.
03 Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on this website. It handles payment, sales tax, receipts and refunds, and its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself.
The charge appears on your statement as PADDLE.NET* SSS GAMES. Paddle sends your payment receipt; we send your license key.
04 Delivery
Right after your payment goes through, we email your license key and a download link to the address you gave at checkout. This is a separate email from your payment receipt.
Install the game, then enter your key under Options or Settings in the game to unlock the full version. If the email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to info@simple-software-solutions.com. We only ever send a key to the email address used for the purchase.
05 Refunds
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it. The details are in our refund policy.
06 Using the games
Your use of each game is covered by our License Agreement. In short: the license is yours to keep, it works on two of your own devices at a time, and you may not share or resell your key or the game.
07 Using this website
The text, images, videos and software on this website belong to us, unless they are marked as belonging to someone else. You may view and download them for your own personal use, including installing our free demos.
Please don’t try to break into, overload, or interfere with this website or our license server, misuse our forms, or collect information from the site by automated means.
Links to other websites, such as Steam, are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
08 Prices, features and availability
We may change prices, update our games, or stop selling a game at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already made: the price you paid and the license you received stay as they were.
We try to keep this website available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
09 Disclaimers and liability
Our games and this website are provided “as is.” The full warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability are in sections 08 and 09 of the License Agreement, and they apply here too. In no case will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10 Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a revised date. A purchase is governed by the terms in effect on the day you made it.
